You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
Mokafé Corp provides a platform for customers to purchase coffee products from Mokafé Corp and its partners. Mokafé Corp does not own or sell the coffee products that are offered on the Site. Mokafé Corp acts as an agent for the coffee product sellers and is responsible for collecting payments from customers and delivering the coffee products to customers.
To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You may not use the Site if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
In order to use certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, email address, and shipping address. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and to update your information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your password with anyone else. You agree to notify Mokafé Corp immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
When you make a purchase on the Site, you agree to pay the price of the coffee product(s) you are purchasing, as well as any applicable shipping and handling charges. You may pay for your purchases using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Mokafé Corp will ship your coffee products to the address you specify when you make your purchase. Shipping charges will vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order.
Mokafé Corp offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all coffee products purchased on the Site. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mokafé Corp harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Mokafé Corp makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Site or the coffee products that are offered on the Site. Mokafé Corp disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Mokafé Corp's liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the Site or the coffee products that are offered on the Site shall be limited to the amount you paid for the coffee products. In no event shall Mokafé Corp be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mokafé Corp with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
